Keywords

Mentions only looks for threads that match your active keywords. Pick the topics your customers actually ask about.

Adding keywords

Type a keyword — for example, "link management tools" — and click Add or press Enter. Keywords are saved in lowercase, and each keyword can only be added once.

Importing from your articles

Click Import from Content Plan to reuse the keywords from your Content Automation articles. Pick the ones you want, or use Select all. Each keyword is marked New or In your list, and paused keywords can be switched back on with Activate.

Managing your list

• Source shows whether a keyword came from your Content Plan or was added manually.
• The Active toggle pauses a keyword without deleting it.
• The trash icon deletes a keyword right away. Threads it already found stay in your Feed.
• Use Filter keywords... to search a long list.
