Welcome to RapidWombat

RapidWombat plans, writes and publishes articles, builds backlinks and tracks your visibility in Google and AI search.

RapidWombat is your organic growth engine. It plans, writes and publishes long-form articles, builds authority with backlinks, audits your site, and shows how your brand appears in Google and in AI assistants, so you can focus on running your business.

What RapidWombat does for your site

Once your project is set up, RapidWombat handles the heavy lifting in the background:

  • A content plan and finished articles. RapidWombat researches topics for your market and writes articles in any of the 34 supported languages. New articles are scheduled one a day on the publishing days you pick.
  • Publishing on autopilot. Articles go to a blog RapidWombat hosts for you or straight to WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Wix, Shopify, BigCommerce, GoHighLevel or Snapps. Any other stack can use the REST API or webhooks.
  • Authority-building backlinks from our own bio-page network, HeyLink.me and Kode.link. Links are paced to look natural and each one passes a safety check before publication.
  • Site audits of the technical signals Google and AI crawlers care about, plus checks of your robots.txt and sitemap.xml.
  • Search data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics, in the dashboard.
  • AI Visibility tracking of how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity answer questions about your market and whether they mention you.
  • Brand Protection, regular scans for lookalike domains that could impersonate your brand.
  • Mentions, Reddit and Quora threads where a helpful reply can get your brand cited, with a reply drafted for you.
  • Launchpad, a setup checklist of the foundational tasks every site needs.

How articles look on your live site

How articles render on your live site (typography, spacing, mobile layout) is controlled by your CMS theme, or by the layout you pick for your RapidWombat blog. RapidWombat delivers clean content with proper headings, structured data and internal links. Learn more about article quality.
