Quick Start
Sign up, configure your project, and get your first article in under 10 minutes.
The onboarding flow has six short steps. The first five take about 10 minutes; the sixth leads into checkout. Once you check out, RapidWombat sets your project up in the background — usually ready within 15–20 minutes, and your first article publishes within 24 hours.
Before you start
You'll need:
- The URL of the website you want to grow
- A credit card (3-day free trial; you're charged on day 4 if you don't cancel)
- (Optional) 1–3 competitor domains
- (Optional) A URL of an article you like — RapidWombat uses it as a writing-style reference
Walkthrough
Enter your website URL
Paste your homepage URL. RapidWombat starts scanning your site immediately so we can understand your business in the next step.
Pick your language
Choose the language for your articles. RapidWombat supports 38 languages including five English variants. You'll see an estimated reach for the language you pick.
Confirm your business description and audience
We pre-fill the business description from your homepage. Review it and edit anything that's off. Add at least two target audiences (for example: "small business owners", "freelance designers") — this drives the quality of every article we generate.
Add competitors (optional)
List up to 3 competitor domains. RapidWombat uses them for content-gap analysis. You can add or change competitors later in Settings → Competitors.
Set branding details (optional)
Pick your brand color and paste an article URL whose tone you like. Skippable — both can be changed later in Settings → Article Generation and Settings → Article Visuals.
Choose your plan and check out
The All-in-One plan is $99/month or $999/year (16% off annually) with a 3-day free trial. After checkout, RapidWombat builds your initial content plan and runs your first site audit in the background.
What to do while you wait
- Review your business profile in Settings → Business to refine the audience and description.
- Add competitors in Settings → Competitors if you skipped that step.
- Adjust article defaults in Settings → Article Generation — length, types, structured-data toggles.
We'll email you the moment your dashboard is ready.
