# Google Analytics (/dashboard/google-analytics)



Google Analytics brings your website traffic into RapidWombat, next to your [search data](/dashboard/search-analytics). See how many people visit, where they come from, and which pages they read, without switching tools.

## Connecting [#connecting]

1. Open **Google Analytics** under Site Visibility and click **Connect with Google**.
2. Sign in with a Google account that has Viewer access or higher to your GA4 property, and keep the read-only permission selected.
3. **Select a GA4 property.**
4. RapidWombat imports your historical data, which usually takes a few minutes. After that, it refreshes daily.

## What's on the page [#whats-on-the-page]

* **Period tabs** — 7 d, 28 d, 3 m, or 12 m
* **Metric cards** — Sessions, Users, Page views, Bounce rate, and Avg session
* **Chart** — the current period compared with the previous one
* **Traffic channels** and **Device breakdown**
* **Top pages** — filter the list or **Export CSV**

## Troubleshooting [#troubleshooting]

* **No GA4 properties found** — the Google account you used has no access to a GA4 property. Click **Back** and sign in with the account that does.
* **Sync error** — click **Re-connect** to restore syncing.
